THE HOUSE STORY

The House tells the story if the Inspector listens.  What that means is when a House is Inspected, it will tell if the current owner cared for and provided regular maintenance, or did they just fix it to sell.  Deferred maintenance is an enemy to any house, moisture intrusion left unchecked can cause major problems in the future.  Deteriorated structural wood components and poor foundation maintenance could lead to a structural compromise.  10 Common Problems.

THE INVESTMENT

 For most people buying a home, it's the biggest lifetime investment they will make.  Why would you go it alone?  The cost of a Home Inspection is a very small investment in comparison to the problems that could be overlooked.  Protect yourself by getting your future investment inspected.  This life expectancy chart can give you an idea of component life spans.  Many major defects can be overlooked or not seen by the agent or buyer during the walk-through.  "Inspect it to protect"
